Transferring DID from one account to another

Post by flak » Tue May 18, 2010 3:02 pm

Good Afternoon

I have an ADSL service and a HSPA service with Exetel on seperate accounts. I have a DID and VOIP pack on my ADSL account. I would like to move this service across onto my HSPA account.

Is this possible and if so, how should I go about it?

Thanks

Hi flak

The best bet would be to write to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au with the details of both accounts and request the transfer of your DID and VoIP pack from one account to the other. The transfer of the DID shouldn't be a problem but I'm not sure about the VoIP pack because the add-on services don't appear to be available for HSPA accounts (only ADSL accounts). Still, it can't hurt to ask - nothing ventured, nothing gained :D

IUs there any particular reason why you wnat/need two separate accounts?

I have an one of each with te HSPA account merged with the ADSL account.

Get one dd and can check HSPA usage from within ADSL member facility.

Have both an ADSL and HSPA DID and two add-on packs, usage is applied to the account up to the limits so does not matter which DID is used.

Need to email residentialsupport@exetel.com.au to arrange the merge.
