I simply enabled voicemail.
However instead of going to voicemail, in now diverts to the number i had put in using the divert box.

I have brought this to the attention of the VoIP engineers who will be able to check and correct if there is a back end issue causing Call forwarding to malfunction.

But I'm glad your problem is resolved.

Has the VoIP Call forwarding stopped working or has the phone number changed from 0111<phone #> to something else?

Checking the logs on my VoIP PBX & I'm getting the following:
[Nov 19 16:58:49] VERBOSE[3773] app_dial.c: -- Called SIP/AW/01110409xxxxxx
[Nov 19 16:58:50] VERBOSE[3773] app_dial.c: == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)

I have checked your voip service accordingly with our level 2 voip department. Refer below.

*Registered service on zoiper.
*dialled 011104......
*call divert was set without any issues.
*All settings were applied automatically on the back end.
* You may have to check the dial plans/outbound call routes to see why the call is not being connected.
