Occasional Reorder tone error

Just a little note for the Exetel engineers.
While my Voip is exceptionally reliable, on odd occasions it seems mainly when I am calling out to mobile numbers I am getting a reorder signal returned from your servers. It only seems to happen 1 time with the next attempt being successful, so I do not see it as any major issue rather than something your guys might like to take a look at at their convenience.
I am using a Linksys Spa 3102 ata.
