VP1 Bonus pack

Post by barryron » Tue Nov 02, 2010 2:05 pm

I want to apply for VP1 bonus pack, but when I went to my user facility to apply, I found a remove button on VP1. Does this mean I already have the VP1 bous pack? If so why am I still being charged 10 cents per VOIP call ? I might mention also that I have 2 VOIP accounts one I pay $5 per month and the other is free.

You can get this clarified by either emailing residentialsales@exetel.com.au or calling 0280301000 (select Sales) ...
