HI All,

to reduce the server configurations and to provision call forwarding fast a new setup has been implemented.

Call forwarding will work when voip is not on-line , busy or no answer.

please use below format when you configuring call forwarding in members facility.

For International numbers format should be

0011X

For Any Australian landline

0XXXXXXXXX -- 10 digit telephone number

For Any Australian mobile

04XXXXXXXX

Ten digit mobile number.


If you want to change the timeout for voip ringing set the timeout under voicemail settings it will apply to call forwarding as well.
