Hi any body experiencing fraud charges to mobile to OMAN.
i want to know who else experiencing this problem as exetel team does not want to tell me why this thing happening.
They want to charge me for the Fradu charges.
I feel this is not fair unless they can provide more information why, where and how the person can get my access.
i was advised by the Exetel support team that there are other customers that experience the same fraud from call to mobile in Oman.
