There seems to be a hassle at the moment for a couple of customers, including me, ringing PSTN numbers on VoIP. The ring tones can take up to 30 secs after the dial tones, and are followed by a long silence. It apparently rings at the other end. If the called person picks up, nothing is heard there either. The call itself either does not commence, or else drops out after a few seconds.

Edit, 3.29 pm. Might be intermittent - I just made two calls, and all was normal.
