Would the forum have any suggestions other than what I have already tried as below and we are using the NBN for the internet.

Volume has been turned down
Codec set to G711 u

There is no PSTN for incoming calls

Hi Surfn Chick,

Can you elaborate more about the issue?

Both parties hear the Echo?
on both incoming and outgoing numbers?

Did you test it on a softphone?

PM the number so I could personally check for any network side issue.
