Order VoIP add-on services

Post by maestro » Mon Oct 22, 2012 7:24 pm

In the Exetel website, I have clicked on "Order Services" -> "VoIP".
I then click on "Order VoIP Add-On Services"
It then returns me to the main page instead of the VoIP add-on page.

How can I bring up this page?

Or, more specifically... How can I cancel a VP2 pack (30 SMSs for $1) at the end of this month?

Thanks

Hi maestro,

Could you please PM your service number to have a look?

If you want to cancel the VoIP pack, please email billing@exetel.com.au with relevant details. They will cancel the VoIP pack for you.

Got your PM :)

I have requested the relevant team to remove the VP2 VoIP pack from your VoIP number.

Will confirm you once we removed it.

Your reference # is 5797834.

Cheers :!:

Thank you.

FYI, I am cancelling the pack as we have just signed up for an Exetel Mobile and will be using that for SMS instead.

Any update on this? It has to go through by tomorrow as it's the end of the month.
