SIP registration failing

I've reopened an Exetel VOIP account to test my suspect Billion H/W however I can't even get softphones to register.
There aren't exactly a lot of info to enter but I've followed the guides and not had any luck.

Anything particular I should try ?

Would you be able to have a look at it now :mrgreen: , there was a tiny issue which i have sorted out now.
To Log a fault ticket, please click Here or alternatively call Exetel VOIP numbers (02) 8030 1000 or 1300 788 141 (log faults 24x7)

Thank you but both softphones I've tried still fail to register. Both worked with an alternative VSP but not with my Exetel details.

EDIT----------------------------
I've found my password has been changed. I did try changing it the other day but it said it was rejected so I kept using the original one.

Softphone now registers.
