wondering if anyone knows why when I call the 02 number for either support or sales I get the recorded message, I hit 1 for sales etc, then hear the "your call will be recorded for training purposes" then I just get silence and I tried hanging on a number of times for over 2 minutes and nothing.
If I use ## on my phone (reverting back to old PSTN) and call the 1300 nos it all works fine.
Anyone know why this would be happening ?
