I'm looking into churning away from exetel to another isp. Is it possible to still keep my voip account if I no longer have an adsl account?

It is possible. when the service churned to a different provider, you should get a email by confirming with a separate voice only logins. If require drop an email to billing@exetel.com.au once you request to get the confirmation.
