unable to receive calls

Hi,

Have just got my nbn connected, and I am trying to setup my VOIP account on my Billion 7800VDOX Router. I can make outgoing calls ok, however incoming calls are not working. Just get a messages saying "no is at (my extension number). What settings can I check?

Hi,

I have checked your voip registration and could see 2 registrations from your devices according to the voip number ending with ......012 . The other device registered with the same number is BiPAC 7404VNOX. This can be the issue to have a incoming call. Are you aware of this? if not we may clear the registrations from our end. Ticket reference number is 7239748.

thanks for that, i didn't realise my old router was still turned, all good now. You can cancel the ticket thanks.
