cancel adsl keep voip

Hi all,

I recently cancelled my adsl bundle (switched to telstra cable) with you guys but wanted to keep my voip account. Just as of today the phone line went dead but also my voip account isn't working today either. When I log onto the members site it says my voip number is still active. Any reason why the voip isn't working any longer?

still not working after reset.

something has changed since the landline went dead. i tested another voip provider and it works fine.

i'm still having problems here. i have been very careful to copy and paste the login and password exactly from the email and its still not working. i have had this service running for 4 years so i'm pretty sure everything is setup correctly.

the only difference is now my connection is coming from my telstra cable internet instead of exetel. do you guys have any filters on your side that could be checking external connections?

re-did all the voip settings and it works now. not sure if something happened on your end but its all good for now.
