VOIP engaged

Been trying to ring a QLD number from NSW and it's constantly engaged.

Tried from normal pstn line and mobile and OK.

Tried a different QLD number and OK.

Any ideas?

Hi Paul,

Can you PM me your VOIP number and the number that you're trying to dial. Will have look into this.

Hi Paul,

Made some test calls and took some traces. Looks like a call routing issue with our supplier. Will be escalating this shortly to our supplier. Will update you with a ticket number once everything is done form our part.

This is usually the case if the destination number is a new one or a recently ported one. It takes a bit of a time for the routing tables to be updated with each supplier.

Hi Paul,

Our supplier has fixed the call routing issue. Made a test call and it is now connecting.

Please test and let us know if there are any further issues.
