Help with Draytek Vigor 2920Vn Setup

I have a new NBN fibre line and have transferred my land line to Exetel VOIP. I thought I had set it up correctly but currently the VOIP is not registering.

This is the main setup. Can anybody help?

Hi Bruce,

It seems like you have copy-pasted the login details from the email and have copied an extra space at the end as well. We're getting the following username to authenticate and since it is not correct, authentication fails.

Username our server receives: 02xxxxxxx6%20
Correct username: 02xxxxxxx6

Make sure you double check both the usernames and passwords.

Thank you, it is registered now. I double and triple checked the password but never thought of the number
