NBN add VOIP to plan

Would you like to help me with VOIP.
At monday I required Exetel VOIP service from my member page. Signed form and received email "Here is what was submitted from the member facilities..... . Thanks... etc. Also my selected VOIP phone number.
VOIP meter appears at my page.
Nothing more.
What next?
May I wait for email from Exetel, with password, name , Sip etc ?
Or maybe- my VOIP is ready and I may use my current (Exetel NBN ) name, password and configure my 7800VDPOX router?
Please help me.

Welcome to the Exetel Forum. I have sent you an automated email, If you have not received any info on the VoIP credentials. This contains the information required to register your VoIP service so please configure your modem with those and let us know if you are having any further issues with it. :)
