Incoming Calls Drop Out

My VOIP has been working perfectly for more than a year.
Recently all incoming calls drop out after 30 or so seconds.
I have not made any configuration changes.
Can you shed any light on this?

Does this happen only on incoming calls?

You could try configuring this on a softphone such as XLITE and check if this occurs on that as well. This would help identify if the issue is with the service itself or if it is an issue with the configuration of your devices.

Please ensure you remove the registration on your VoIP box when doing this or you may not receive any incoming calls.

Yes incoming calls only.

Problem was solved by disabling SIP ALG in the modem router. :D
