Voip end points?

I'm looking at moving from my current Voip provider to Exetel and I see that the plans only have one line. I have teenagers at home and also want to use the service occasionally through CSpiSimple on my mobile. Can I get extra end points?

Hi,

The Current VOIP plans that Exetel provides would be the ones given below as per our website. Unfortunately we are unable to get extra allowance on them.

That's a shame. But it looks like it still might be doable. I already have Exetel adsl and home phone so I could get an Exechat (not Exefone) add on pack for $19.99 which would pretty much cover the functions of my current non Exetel VOIP plan but instead of being VOIP it would be a land line service? Is that right? And the Exechat add on pack would replace my current Exetel telephone voice service which I don't access because I am using non Exetel VOIP. Just checking before I order it in my user panel.

Hi Maggie,

Yes you are able to add one of the Exechat options where unlimited calls are offered. This option is offered for the landline service that you have with Exetel. Therefore once the option is selected and comes into effect you will no longer be billed for the specific calls individually.

Thanks Natasha. This sounds like a good solution for us. Can you say how long the process will take to transfer over to new system or is it instant because it is just an admin editing matter?

We will have to place a plan change with the requested option. Once done it will come into effect on the 14th of the month.
