voip disconected

Post by roby » Fri May 01, 2015 8:30 pm

Hi first of all I would like to say how happy I have been with exetel over the years but unfortunately due to work living arrangements I had to disconnect my internet and landline.
At the time I said I wanted to keep my voip number and exetel said yes and we picked a plan to go onto.
Today I find that my voip number has been disconnected I am not happy as my children are overseas and that is the only contact number they have I have also lost the old v4 plan I think it was called that gives me 50 min of mobile calls a month what the heck has happened here I want the number back.
I have spoken to tech support tonight and they are looking into it for me but said not much will happen over the weekend but will keep me informed.
I would dearly love to stay with exetel and will get broadband with them again when I move.
At the moment NOT HAPPY

I managed to get the number activated. However, this need to get re-added into server. We should be able to get this done on Monday.

Hi ShaminG

If you get a chance could you please check the diversion again as it has stopped working.
Think it has something to do with how many seconds you set before the diverson it wont set to 0 seconds.

Please test the services and get back to us with the results as advised, so that we could look in to this further.
