just tried it and it does not divert just get the engaged signal

Hi Have noticed that in the user area I cant set the divert to 0 sec

We have checked and can see the divert active and working. Also note at the time of testing we no VoIP registration on our end so the divert occurred immediately.
If there is no registration the divert occurs immediately but if the registration is present the call divert will occur once the pre set time is rung. This happens provided that you VoIP device doesn't answer the call automatically. If this is occurring you would need to set the diver on your device. At present on your service the timer is set to 90sec. You may change this by changing the timer located next to the VM option as the timer used for diverts is the same.

HI have tried to set the timer from 90 sec to 0 but it will not stay on 90 sec and goes back to 90 sec exch time

Hi just wondering can you try it from your end changing it to 0 from 90 sec log out then go back in to see if it stays on 0 sec

also wondering is the problem caused by the number not being on the server?

This is a definite possibility. If possible try configuring your service on a soft phone such as X-lite or Zoiper and see if the issue is replicated. At present we still do not see any registration or any divert added. You case reference for this is 8973646.

my service voip number was disconnected on Friday by exetel by mistake I have been told that it wont be put on the server till Monday if it is on the server can you sms me the password.
when all this happened I was told I could divert to another number maybe this is not correct.

Hi roby,

As per our telephone conversation earlier today, the diversion works when you do not have a device configured. The issue appears to be with the configuration in the member's page which is being worked on. As soon as this is fixed I will update you.
