Engaged Tone When Calling Exetel VoIP

I've successfully setup a VoIP service on a Netcomm NB16WV and it works fine except for one thing.

Whenever I call another Exetel VoIP number it gives an engaged tone even though the other number is not in use.

Is there a setting that needs to be changed?

We would have to run a trace on this to identify what is going on. Please PM the VoIP number you have this issue with and I will advise on what the next step is.
