PSTN to VOIP status????

I have put in an order to change my PSTN to VOIP and have had NO contact as to if this process has started, I have had NO PSTN service for nearly 2 weeks now so I am guessing that the transfer is underway....

Can someone at Exetel please confirm where my order is at?
