voip registration

Have just been connected to NBN.
This part went ok.
However I cannot get any phone action, there is a dial tone but no incoming or outgoing calls.
I have the h268a modem.

It appears that the porting of the phone number to Voip service is still not been completed and it's in pending status.

I have already passed this to our activation team and we will update you once this is completed.

I have been informed that the Voip service is now active.
The modem still displays it as unregistered.
There is no phone led lite on the modem.
What is my next move?
