VOIP service not working after plan / speed change

Hi,

I went from 50/20 bundle plan down to 25/5 bundle on the 15/02/18 due to poor NBN line condition.

Just noticed my VOIP isn't working and was prior. Have dial tone but any number I call is engaged, anyone who tries to call is engaged. Status is showing as being unregistered.

Have power-cycled router and reset VOIP password.
