2 VoIP numbers

I had a look around in here but couldn't find anything.

I've got my brother to look at signing up NBN with you guys. They want to get another router and VoIP number for his mother in law's granny flat that is on their property.

Is this doable?.

He will set up one up at his place and then use ethernet to run to the ganny flat and then use one there.
Hope that makes sense.

They both want to sign up to the $10 plan.

Can he sign up 2 of those on the one account?.

Thanks in advance. Geoff

Hi Geoff,

Please note that currently Exetel is looking into your query. You will be getting an update soon.

That's great.
I will let him know.

Would it be best for them to call as it's will be easier to explain I think.

Im thinking his modem/router will be set up like normal and the one in the granny flat will just act like a switch/ access point with VoIP credentials for the second phone service .

Hopefully I can get him to understand what to ask for.. haha

They should sign up like normal.

When connected, log into their members and sign up for second modem (connect LAN port on router 1 to WAN port on router 2), then sign up for the second VoIP account.
