Phone Number ported from iprimus

Hi Had NBN hooked up on 12th July with the $10 extra phone package Cust No 376612. Just wondering how long number to be ported over will be.
Modom settings for registration Status Down.Never had anything to do with voIP.
Any Help would be appreciated

I have checked the status and still the PSTN to VOIP porting is in progress. Based on the confirmation from the provisioning department, this will be completed by next 24 to 48 hours and the details will be emailed to you on your nominated email address.
