Issues with VoIP Services

Hi,

Is there currently an issues with VoIP services are we are experiencing issues with making and receiving calls our corporate VoIP service and I'm also experiencing issues calling the Exetel corporate support number from my mobile.

Hi,

It appears the issue might now be resolved as we are now able to make and receive calls. The outage appeared to be about 30 minutes based on our PBX logs as we first started getting SIP Trunk errors at 11:55.

There was an unplanned outage for Exetel VoIP services and it has been restored now. Our sys-admins are investigating the matter further to identify the root cause.

Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
