VOIP setup and troubleshooting

I recently switched to nbn with VOIP. I have decided to use my own router and need the password for the VOIP settings. Can you email me the password and any other relevant settings info so I can configure the VOIP? Thanks.

Thank you for the message and I have checked the status with our provisioning team. PSTN to VOIP appears to be completed now, and we have tested the number.
