For just under a month, we tried the $10 unlimited VOIP call pack .. $10 per MONTH.
Just before the first month was up, I asked to have it cancelled for the next month as we weren't making many calls.
There's no clear button that says 'cancel $10 VOIP pack' ... only "cancel VOIP service", so I asked for help.
Rather than cancel it when we got our months worth of $10 unlimited calls, it was cancelled early with no refund off unused days
OK, keep that dollar ... no big deal ..
But then we get billed AGAIN for the part of the month the 'free' was active ... 80 cents worth of calls.
So we paid $10, yet get slugged for the 'free' calls while the pack was active. How cheeky

Yet invoice E0058924498 is active after a week of telling you this.
