I have a new NBN service which is working fine. I have received email confirmation that the VOIP service is activated and my phone number has been transferred from my previous provider. I have connected the phone handset into the Phone 1. I appear to get a dial tone but when I try to make a call it just rings engaged. If I try ringing my number from my mobile, I get no ringing tone or anything at all.
I've tried ringing your support line multiple times but there is always a wait time of over an hour.
Can somebody help me get my phone working please
