Hi Forum,
Recently we moved to NBN, (about 2 months ago). Viop activation was slow for unknown reasons but working.
However, international calls are always "engaged".
I tried these prefixes: 001131 or 0031 for the Netherlands.
The tech guys seem to be drowning in work lately. Something I have not experienced with Exetel over the last 10 years.
I hope management is aware. For this reason I put this question to the forum.
Thanks.
VIOP international calls always engaged.

Hi,
Kindly provide PM me the VoIP number or Customer ID number and also provide a full Netherlands number which you tried so that we can test from our end as well.
Thanks

Re: VIOP international calls always engaged.
Nothing useful came out of that email.
After weeks of being unable to make an overseas call I was so frustrated that I was going to write an official complaint.
And that is when I accidentally resolved the problem.
So for anyone interested:
Go to "members facility" -> Service Usage -> Viop service (click manage) -> Geo permission (tick the country to call to)
That's all. See....not that hard. Thanks.
