Unable to order VoIP in members portal

Hi. I am unable to order a new voip add on to my existing account.
When I click through the steps, no information are populating nor can I enter anything manually. Once I hit step 3 its stuck selecting a number. Tested this on multiple browsers and still the same. When can this be fixed so I can order and select the number?
