Received email from Exetel two weeks ago for VOIP service completion.
Received modem from Exetel a few days later fully pre-configured.
Everything works EXCEPT VOIP.
Connected phone to modem, when logged into modem it shows phone is registered.
Have dial tone on phone, BUT, no calls out and no calls in.
Have rebooted modem several times in case it was just a timing thing.
All to no avail, still have dial tone, but no calls possible in or out.
Assistance required please.
