VOIP calls out to mobiles OK, but mobiles can't call VOIP

NBN VOIP calls our three mobile (Aldi sims) phones OK, but not the other way around.

All restriction checkboxes are clear in my user account.

NBN Modem with VOIP is the Exetel supplied ZTE.

Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out. We were unable to detect any VoIP registration on our end, therefore we have performed a full reset on the connection and could see the voIP registered afterwards. Can you please reboot the ZTE modem as well and let us know if issues persist?
