I ordered a nano sim for my new phone last Monday but no arrival yet.

I received the SIM card but noticed you have charged me $40 (charged twice) for that.
Can you check for me please?

I have further checked and our billing department will confirm to you through the email ticket 11871189, once they have arranged the credit of $20.00
