Change mobile plan issue

I lodged a mobile plan change request at end of October(after 27th, from ExeSim Saver 2GB data limit to ExeSim Value 12 Month 5GB data limit) , also aware this will only be effected from December.
However, when I checked my service my plan is still the old onw.

Can you check for me please?

BTW, I have other 2 mobiles number also requested plan changes at end of October and early November, so will your team also look into that as well?

We have only received a plan change request for one mobile service. However, we will arrange a call back to discuss the plan change and plan change options.
