Seems like lots of others I'm only partially ported over. I can make and receive calls but nothing else. It has taken 4 days so far. Wait time on the tech support queue is over 100 minutes.

After waiting an eternity, got through to tech support who just said, 'There is an error with porting. Contact the provisioning team'. Not impressed.

Exetel apologies for the inconvenience may have caused. I have referred the tikcet #15845495 and based on the call comments, your service has been activated now.
