Porting out from Exetel, need my account number

Hi

I am porting my number out from Exetel. It seems I need to find out my account number as it was not listed anywhere in member facilities (not the custom id in invoice). What is my account number here? It is very frustrating that porting out is so difficult and I already failed twice.

Hi Juan,

Welcome to the Exetel forum. PM me your relevant service number or the customer id and I will provide you the account number.

Can you please advise how to find the correct ‘account number’’ to use?

I can see an ‘account ID” and an ‘account number’ but both fail when I try to port.

I'm also having the same problem. I have two numbers I'm trying to port and there is an account number associated with each service. But on trying to port I got this email from Exetel:

Dear Gene

Kindly note that we have received a port out request today to move your number from Exetel to another provider.

If this was requested by your permission please provide the below details to your gaining service provider to place another port out request since the previous one was unsuccessful due to incorrect information.

Account Reference:69627

Please advise if further information or assistance is required.


This is the number I used. But is that email telling me that 69627 is the wrong number or the correct number to use???

And if it is the wrong number then what is the correct number (is it just my main account number?)

I have been online chat with Boost (the provider I'm trying to port to). I gave them that account # (69627) but the port didn't go through...
