Optus Mobile Tower Outage 4 days now!

I have called Exextel support about this but was disconnected twice.
Our Exetel / Optus mobile has had no service since Saturday 20th Feb 2021.
I checked Optus's status page: https://www.optus.com.au/about/network/ ... s_internet entered my address and it

Suburb is Reedy Creek, QLD

confirmed the below status update

We're currently working on a mobile tower in this area.
During this time your mobile service may experience some issues. To receive updates please click 'Keep me posted' below.


Phone works ok outside of this tower's region

Please advise when this will be fixed and also credit my account for each day of no service

Hi there,

I just called up and logged a case # 821463

My service has been without data the entire month of March and still no data today.

Tested sim card with another phone, same issue, tested another sim card on same phone, no issues. therefore its the service.

Could someone please get back to me on the above case.
