Diversion Costs on Optus HSPA

Post by tones » Tue Aug 17, 2010 3:56 pm

I have a mobile which has an Exetel "Optus" HSPA sim in it.

Was wondering how much call diversions for the voice mobile calls are on this plan.

The page here http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-hspa-call.php lists the costs for calls made from the phone and says that diversion to voice mail is free (but is 20c/30secs to collect) however, the page doesn't state the cost of regular call diversions.

I am hoping to be able to divert any unanswered calls to my mobile to my VOIP voicemail and then have them forwarded to email. And was wondering the costs involved in doing so?

If you are diverting to another number, I'd say standard call rates apply - this is pretty universal for all diversions. If you are diverting to a VoIP number, that would be mobile to landline call rates.

I thought as much but I know that some service providers charge more for redirection so just want to check.
