New SIM, No Voicemail

Do I have to do something to enable Voicemail.

I selected it when I applied for the CAP19 plan.
now when I call 321 it asked me to enter my number to access my mail box.
When I enter the number and press #, I get
"Service is temporarily unavailable, please try again later"

I really need Voicemail active now.

All ok now,

Even though I had selected Value Added Services when activating the SIM it was not active in my account.

I had to go into 'Wireless' Not 'Mobile' to select and activate Voicemail.
Once Activated I was able to set up my Voicemail by dialing 321 from my mobile.
after some time voice mail was fully active and callers could leave messages.
