WM-C plan - port out process

Post by Klaas » Sat Jan 08, 2011 5:26 pm

This morning I ported my iPhone to Telstra, from a WM-C plan.

It appears to have gone through in that the phone connects to Telstra okay, with the Telstra SIM inserted, and I can make calls, surf web, etc.

However, incoming calls to my mobile number still go to the Optus network with callers getting some standard message to leave their number, and verified by re-inserting the Optus/Exetel SIM and checking for missed calls.

Is this just an effect of the process, and if I continue to wait, it'll sort itself out, or is there something else I need to do? I note that my member's facilities still shows the WM-C plan as active.

Thanks

Since Telstra has handled the port and have your account, everything will need to be corresponded through Telstra to resolve this for you unfortunately.
