Why is billing refusing to credit my aacount ?

Exetel,

I'm currently on the CAP 35 Plan which is paid in advance until the end of January, I'm porting my current number
to the new CAP-BUNDLE 35, I have received the new Sim Card. (2 Sim Cards same number)

When Should I Activate My CAP-BUNDLE 35 Mobile.

If I activate now, I will have to pay Pro Rata until the end of January, correct ? Even though I have already
paid the CAP 35, effectively paying twice for the same number.

Or will I receive a refund for the unused portion of the CAP 35 plan and charged Pro Rata for the CAP-BUNDLE 35.

Or do I wait until the end of January to activate the CAP-BUNDLE 35, if so what date so I'm not charged twice in February.

Hi mate, I called to query this and they said I could activate this month & pay pro-rata. It also says this in the user facility of your new mobile hspa service (I missed this the first time).

I just activated mine today - posting this reply from my mobile on the newly activated service.

Super-fast switchover too, great stuff.

New Sim card never activated, already put in a cancellation request for old Sim card = no service.

Service was resumed after almost 2 days without, thanks to Exetel support.

As I feared, I have been charged twice for One Mobile service.

February Invoice.
Monthly Charge On Plan OCV200/35 For February 2011 $80.00 inc mobile.
Monthly Charge On Plan CAP35 For February 2011 $35.00
ADSL Discount From Mobile Cap Plan CAP35 - $15.00

Total $20 overcharged.

Looks like having a mobile through Exetel is just too hard.

It is quite clear I have been charged twice for my mobile service.

Once for CAP35 and once for OCV200/35 which includes the mobile charge.

Can someone please help resolve or explain why I have to pay twice for a mobile service.
