CAP plan Voicemail/diversions not working
CAP plan Voicemail/diversions not working
When I select Manage->Mobile->Voicemail/Diversions it says:
Your HSPA account does not have any Mobile Value Added Services.
Whereas I know I have voice mail enabled.
Could this be an artifact of the manual plan change from HSPA to CAP?
Can it be fixed please.

This can be fixed, and it has already been addressed to our Dev's no ETR at the moment thoughsamarium wrote:When I select Manage->Mobile->Voicemail/Diversions it says:

What were you getting instead of voicemail when people ring your CAPx mobile?samarium wrote:When I select Manage->Mobile->Voicemail/Diversions it says:

I did the same plan change and get a "your number will be sent to the person" type message and no voicemail option - is that what you used to get? - is your Voicemail now working?
I may need to seek the same manual intervention as you but just wanted to clarify what you were experiencing and had achieved
Re: CAP plan Voicemail/diversions not working
IIRC, when I went from WM-A to CAP35 I didn't change anything with my VM settings, and it continued to work as far as I know.
I was mainly looking for the web site to work in case I needed to change something, however, just testing my current VM setup, it does seem broken, so I'll have to reset it and see how I go ... that may also be related to the full wipe I did on my phone recently.
Changing the VM diversion on the phone from ...160 to ...321 seems to be back to normal, and it still has my recorded message. I have been thinking of diverting to my VOIP voicemail since I get the .wav files emailed to me, and I can then listen to them on my phone at my leisure.
