Link to Optus V9 details?

Today I ported my legacy Vodafone mobile service to Optus V9, but after re-reading Exetel's email, I realise the email contains no details about the call charges of the Optus plans, and I can't locate the information on Exetel's website or within Members Facilities. Maybe I just didn't look hard enough, but anyone got a link to the plan details?

Thanks, in that thread ExetelVoice said "Once the Call and SMS $value are exhausted, the rates are:
$0.99 per minute on the V9, V19 and V34 plans"

So, naturally the next question is, what's the call rate before $value is exhausted?

It will be the same rates there will be no change after the $value is exhausted :)
