Mobile Meter Updates

Hi,

My Mobile meter hasn't updated since the 26th now it's the 31st, with tomorrow being the 1st
I will effectively lose almost 1 week of calls for next months billing cycle.

Exetel needs to get in contact with their reseller (Optus) now.

If Exetel can't keep the mobile meter updated on a more regular basis, Exetel should reset our call meters to zero at the
beginning of every month.

Also take into consideration this is the 3rd working day of this week and still no updates from late last week.

This happens every month.

Mobile usage details have been updated until 30/08/2011. I have sent you the details with email ticket reference 4386165.
