Premium Service Barring
I'm not exactly sure if this is the place to post the issue so sorry if I'm wrong.
I just recently learnt how to unblock premium service barring in the Exetel user facilities. However, the maximum limit that can be set is $10.00. The problem here is the subscription I want to sign up for cost $11.00. Is there anyway I can fix this and raise the limit well above the $10 cap?

Unfortunately Exetel receive too many complaints on reverse billing premium text messages to allow a higher limit.

Despite getting my answer, I'd like to revive the topic again.
I tried unblocking it and setting the cap to $10, but all it says is the 2 requested dates (30th of March and today, the 18th of April). Does Exetel have to accept my request? If so... how long could it possibly take?

Have you test the service? Please let me know if you come up with any issues when using the premium services.

I have just tested premium service through Boku Pay-by-Mobile. First through a $10 fee and then through a $5 just in case. None worked, it seems the service is still not working.

Could you please re-check the PSMS service now. I got the confirmation for both spend and credit limit. Now it $ 10.00.I'm currently working on your request. I should be able to get this done today it self.
