Mobile reception

Trying to work out what is happening but for the last couple of days I have been losing my mobile phone connection to the network so no calls, etc.

I am in Northcote VIC.

I have removed a few recent Android apps in case that was a likely factor but still poor.

Working fine elsewhere.

Any ideas before I put in a ticket?

Hi,

I refer to the location information you given and currently there are no known issues. Therefore please submit a ticket with all the information including the service number so we can check with the whole sale supplier if require.

I have escalated this reception issue to our wholesale supplier. And also I have replied to your email with some troubleshooting steps that you can go through.

Hi Gary,

Thank you for your information.
It is better if you can go through the troubleshooting while we are checking with our wholesale supplier and let us know the outcome :)

Of course.

That is why I have told you of the steps I have already tried for troubleshooting and will now try the other parts.
