In my members area it has pending payment will exetel put it from nominated bank acount

It's available to order in the Members Facilities/Manage Services and go to SIM Swap and you will be able to order a new Nano SIM for that number for a $20 fee
Not sure what the delivery time frame will be

James in an earlier post you commented that nano sims are in stock but others are saying not till next month can you confirm which is correct please

The current Mobile order sheet doesnt list the Nano sim as an option, are 'different' plans coming or can I order say a M15 plan for the iPhone5 .

Ive also pre-ordered my iPhone 5.

Im happy my nano sim now shows as shipped maybe by Friday here hopes.
All I will need then is the iphone 5.

New 4G plans are coming shortly.

please send me the link which does not have the nano option.

Selecting an M8 or M15 plan only gives the older SIMs as options.

I can confirm I'm having the same issue! Trying to sign up but no option for a nano sim.

It's getting pretty close to Friday...

Okay, another day goes by, still nothing.

I've called the sales line. They assure me they have no nano sims, yet my friend (whom already has an account with Exetel and is simply upgrading his sim), has had his already shipped.

This is a pretty weak effort. Haven't even joined up and am already having support issues. Hardly promising.


If Exetel doesn't want to wear the cost of giving these to new users (with the no activation fee discount), can't you just tell us? I'd much rather just pay the $20 if it meant I'd have a sim in time.

No Nano sims have been shipped yet, they are in stock, and the new order forms will be amended to include a Nano option.

Seriously?

No one on support knows what the hell is going on, everyone says something different. It DOES say shipped, but apparently that means "it hasn't been physically shipped"

That's all fine, but at least be up front about what the hell is happening.

Totally a great job though, you're right. :roll:
